PRE-BID STAGE :- EPC / HAM bids (NHAI, PWD, MSRDC, Metros etc.) elaborate BOQ generation with sketches; preliminary design calculations; various options to select a best method; coordination with other disciplines (Highway, Geotech, Temporary Works, Hydrology, MEP etc.), bid assumptions, indices, project USP extraction.
POST-BID STAGE :-
- Detail Engineering :- Analysis, Design, Detail drawings of various types of Reinforced concrete, PSC and Steel Structures.
- Quantity Estimation :- Quantity take off from approved GFC drawings.
- Optimization and Value Engineering :- Resource / time / cost / qty optimization.
- Temporary Works & Construction Methods:- Formwork, Bridge Launching, Aggregate plants / Foundations, casting yards, Tunnel gantries, heavy lifting/shifting, temporary bridges, marine piling guides etc.
OPERATION & MAINTENANCE STAGE :-
- Structural Audits :- Structural audit, stability certification of structures (with / without NDT as per situation)
- Technical Advise :- Advice on projects as well as resources, and KM, E-Learning, BIM, Library etc.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES :-
- Mentoring / Technical training of Engineering man power - off site / on site (both)
- Engineering exams and certification.
