 We provide internship to Civil / structural engineering students (UG / PG, both) - short (2 month) or long (6 months). In past one year, more than 200 candidates had applied for the Academic Internship at our company. Several candidates came with a recommendation / reference from eminent organizations or Institute professors. Out of these, we could short list and interview only thirty candidates (based on merits) and could offer filter down to only ten students (spread in four batches). Out of these eight could successfully complete the full internship duration. Various topics covered during these internships are - Planning and design of Box culverts, Bridge Hydrology calculations, Design of Piles & Pile load tests, Site visits etc.

 Students from Mumbai & Pune successfully completed the internship till date. The reports are as below :-

 During this one year, we delivered two webinars (both free); couple of more are lined up during coming season. First webinar was titled ‘Glory of Civil Engineering’ which delivered to one of the institutes in Madhya Pradesh to inspire UG/PG students. Second was a global even named ‘Design Opportunities for young engineers in Infra sector’; this received an overwhelming response hence after two days we had to conduct a repeat session for those who could not attend !  Due to frequent pandemic restrictions physical seminars could be attended, except a few training sessions delivered to clients at their offices / sites (mentioned ahead). Five technical papers on various topics were published / contributed to eminent journals and several posts (on LinkedIn, www.sefinida.org, and researchgate) were uploaded.
